Sayyed Farhat Bano Shakeel Ahmed
I am Sayyed Farhat Bano Shakeel Ahmed, studying in TYHECS at Anjuman-I-Islam Begum Jamila Haji Abdul Haq college of Home Science affiliated by SNDT University at CSMT.
As per the final year rules of college, the student is required to complete the internship and due to current pandemic situation, college decided to opt for an online internship mode for better safety. Obliging with the same, I was able to enroll for internship In Shiksha Seva Foundation at Borivali.
I am excited with my internship at Shiksha Seva Foundation under the guidance of Varsha madam. She is humble and always approachable. She is one of the best trainers I could have worked under and always provides solution to every difficulty we have faced during our internship.
I have learned a lot and became better at skills such as effective communication, confidence and presence of mind, and this helps me with my work as an intern as well as personally, and also to approach or deal with people now.
I am grateful to Shiksha Seva Foundation for giving me this opportunity. With this chance I have reached out to destitute people, empathized with them and helped out during such a difficult situation in covid pandemic.
